This website is informational. We do not operate contact forms, user accounts, or payment systems. All enquiries are handled directly by phone or email.

Analytics and performance monitoring

With your consent, we use two services provided by Vercel (our hosting provider):

  • Vercel Analytics — records page views, the referring website, browser and operating system type, country of origin, and general session information. IP addresses are hashed and are not stored.
  • Vercel Speed Insights — records page load performance metrics (Core Web Vitals such as Largest Contentful Paint, First Input Delay, and Cumulative Layout Shift) to help us identify and resolve performance issues.

Neither service is used for advertising or cross-site tracking. No data is sold to third parties.

Direct contact

When you call or email us, the information you share (name, contact details, enquiry) is used solely to respond to your request. This data is not shared with third parties and is retained only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any resulting rental arrangement.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), our legal basis for each type of processing is:

  • Analytics & performance monitoring — your freely given consent, collected via the cookie banner shown on your first visit (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
  • Direct contact enquiries — performance of pre-contractual measures and our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

05 — Data Transfers

Vercel, Inc. is headquartered in the United States. Data processed through Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights may be transferred to and stored on servers in the US. These transfers are conducted under appropriate safeguards, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as provided under Article 46 GDPR.
